Mortens 30th Birthday.

I flew over to Cambridge to celebrate Mortens 30th birthday with his wife and family. The day after we flew to Cadiz and drove on to Alcaidesa, just by Gibraltar, where his cousin Seb was ’studying’ for an exam. Sebs parents has a cool 3 bedroom appartment, just beside a golfcourse down to a beach a brilliant view. And to make it cornier: a lighthouse is included in the view. The first night we had a barby where Seb invitited his friend Benj and their two dates! We then learn that Benj, only 18 years old, was almost finished with his exams to become a diving instructor. And he had +300 dives, impressive. So Morten and I hooked up with him in the weekend and had 4 dives including 2 wreck dives. Sehr cool! So all in all a really good 30th birthday weekend. It was about time I visited Daniel, Terri and the twins in Washington DC, well actually Woodbridge, Virgina. Short stay, but good. We chilled with his baby twins, played some golf with his friend Niels, harassed the shit out of his friend Niels one night(BB), drank beer, then some wine, froze our asses off after getting out of the spa and we felt very much alone at a Jamaican night club. Dublin, I love it!

I love the fact that I can get on a plane, fly two hours, and see family and friends, play golf, drink and just have a good time. The only place where I dont go for the weather but for a good time. Only down side is the headaches. Selfinflicted of course but well worth it! Thanks to Sara & Triona (for the headaches), Wes n’ Gav for the roof over my head, my uncles for kicking my tail in golf and my Aunt Rose for the food in my belly. Check the out the pics here.

We did it!!!

Well I proposed on a Tuesday and Christina was floating on a sky. Lightning struck!! Following Saturday I hear a scream from the bathroom and I fly out only to see Christina pointing at a pregnancy test. A positive one!! Four days after the proposal we found out a baby is on its way!!!!!!! A lot of things going through my head, but most importantly joy!
